Is there a “Suggestion Box” plugin?

What I’m looking for is a plugin that allows me to have a form in the sidebar of my site, that allows people to suggest things for me to create. I’d prefer that it NOT email me, but rather have a nice display in a list form on the sidebar – that I can then edit and remove the items as I complete them.

The idea is that people can see what’s been suggested, so that I don’t end up with 15 repeats.

I’ve thought about using a shoutbox-style plugin, but that’s more for “chatter”, and not really what I’m after.

The other way I was thinking was to have a sticky post, but not as the FIRST post.
