Is there a plugin to allow users to report a problem with a post?

    Besides wp-repoortpost is there a plug-in to allow users to report a problem with a post? WP-repoortpost renders the admin section unusable. I have a site with links and videos that sometimes will change or have some problem with them and would like for my users to be able to let me know.
