Basically I just need an easy way to add customized RSS feeds to each of my blog posts. Is there a plugin for this, and if not, is there an easy code or something I can use for RSS feeds?

In what way do you want to customise this RSS feed?

WordPress already has a built-in RSS feed at http://www.yoursite.com/feed

Most themes provide a way to link to that from each page and post of your website.

Maybe I wasn't totally clear, sorry about that. Basically, I'm an eBay affiliate and they have an option for featuring their products through an RSS feed. Thing is, the output code they give me is in the form of an URL that's obviously meant to go into an RSS feed reader (or whatever you call it) to display the feed. Is there a plugin for that?

Do you mean that you want to display the RSS feed of your eBay affiliate site on your WordPress blog?

    If so, try this:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/vertically-scroll-rss-feed/

This is the search query it came up first in:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search.php?q=xml+rss+feed+reader
