I'm using Twitter Tools at the moment which converts any new blog item into a tweet on my twitter account., Is there a plugin that can do the same thing with comments?

Posted 1 year ago #No one? I thought it would be a good idea, especially if it where comments like reviews of products to have them turn into a tweet.
