Is there a plugin that adds ID names to widget blocks?

Would be great if there was a way to target various
widgets and (by using the body classes) dictate
which pages certain widgets will not appear on
through CSS (display:none).

Of course a programmatic way to stop those unneeded
widget blocks from rendering would be even better.
