Is there a Plugin for a Follow Button for WordPress Users?

I was just wondering if there was some sort of plug-in for WordPress users to follow my site via WordPress, not e-mail updates. I thought that even though I have my own domain name now, there would still be that option for WordPress users since I’m using the WordPress platform, but I don’t see the option when I view it logged out of my site and I’ve searched and can’t find a plug-in for it. All of my subscribers from before I moved to my own domain were following via WordPress, so I have no e-mail subscribers whatsoever. The site I’m looking to do this for is bonjourbeautyblog.com.
