Is there a javascript option?

    Is there an option to use Javascript to serve the ads? I know you can use widgets, and shortcode, but is there a javascript option? I have a .html page current as the home page, (I didn’t choose to do this, the web master did), so I am currently using the widgets to serve the ads that are inside WordPress, but the home page that is outside of wordpress I can’t use widgets or shortcode. So is there a javascript option?
