Is there a form plugin which has a field for a user to sign the form? (1 post)

    I have a lot of forms that I need a signature on. I've seen online forms that have the user sign it at the end with the mouse. Any way I can do that with WordPress at all? I use Contact Form 7 but would be open to anything that lets me do this.
