   If I use the T option in the time display it says it is EDT But the time is correct for MDT. I thought 1.5.1 would fix this but I guess not.

   I believe that comes straight from the php install of your server, it has nothing to do with wordpress.

   Well that is a bad idea, since we don't usually live where our server resides.
