   I'm looking to build a personal roster of WP designers, and intallers.

   There's no way I'll EVER figure out how to do any of this myself, so I need some experts.

   I've found one person who's great, but I'm hoping to find additional designers who are REALLY good (ie professional-level design - not the 'clunky' stuff.)

   Any suggestions are appreciated!

   No, but there are several directories of themes which can take you to the perspective designers' blogs.
