Is there a commit order for stable tag before/after tagging?

I made a change to my plugin last night. I moved from version 0.1 to version 0.2. I updated the readme.txt in trunk to reflect this by changing “Stable tag” to 0.2. I committed that change before I actually tagged the 0.2 tag (so that the proper readme would be in place for the 0.2 tag).

This morning I checked and my plugin still has a download link for the 0.1 tag but the documentation is for the 0.2 version! Did I do something wrong? How do I get the 0.2 version available for download?
