   I am trying to learn how WordPress works and I have been stepping through via the .htaccess file. I do this by the command:

   RemoveHandler cgi-script .pl .cgi .php .py
   AddType text/plain .pl .cgi .php .py

   I just comment it on and off as I go from WordPress template to template.

   Would there be a better way step through the templates instead of the cumbersome approach that I have described?

   I hope this is not a silly question....
