Is the SVN server malfunctioning?

Is plugins.svn.wordpress.org having a known problem?

http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/updraftplus/trunk/readme.txt has:

Stable tag: 1.2.30

And that tag exists:

http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/updraftplus/tags/1.2.30/

But my plugin page still shows 1.2.27:

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/updraftplus/

Furthermore, whilst trying to check in all day I’m getting various ‘connection reset by peer’ errors, from multiple locations.
