    Hi,

I'm using the Coraline theme on my self-hosted wordpress site. Now I'd like to install the Polylang plugin. The description says "Take care that your theme must come with the corresponding .mo files (Polylang downloads them for Twenty Ten and Twenty Eleven). If your theme is not internationalized yet, please refer to the codex or ask the theme author to internationalize it."

I'd like to know if Coraline is internationalized! :)

Thank you very much and thanks for making such a great theme!

From what I can tell it is translation ready. Meaning it is not translated but it can be.

    Hi there,

While the theme doesn't come with the .mo language files built in, you can export them from GlotPress.

For example, here are the French strings:

    http://translate.wordpress.com/projects/wpcom/fr/default?filters%5Bterm%5D=themes/pub/coraline

You can export them from the link at the bottom left which says "Export." Choose "only matching the filter" and "mo" from the dropdown options, as you see in this screenshot:

If you'd like to edit the translations, you can use one of the tools listed here:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress#Translation_Tools

You can also contribute them directly to GlotPress if you see a translation you'd like to help with:

Just let me know if you have further questions.
