I' am new and I noticed that the RSS FEED is taking up 1 of my 4 menu bars. I understand that the RSS Feed updates your topics I want to know the code to redirect my RSS Feed menu bar to my forum.

You're not required to have a feed, but for those who use feeds, it is invaluable. Unless you are specifically trying to keep your site private, I would leave the RSS feeds be.
But, you don't have to have a link in your navigation or anything if you don't want to. This is just something that happened to be added in to whatever theme you are using. You could easily remove that link and add one to you forum if that is what you want to do.
