   Sometimes Id like to re-arrange posts, so something that is in the #2 spot on the page I want to move to the #1 spot.

   Right now I physically delete it and re-post it so it goes to the #1 spot.
   Is there a way to just click the position and have it move up or down?

   Deleting and re-posting all the time is kind of a pain.

   Well, it won't work with all the posts... but you may want to try the Adhesive plugin (there were others, too, like Sticky).

   other option is to edit the timestamps...
