   Hi, i have a site running on wordpress, but the blog is running on a separate installlation of wordpress. is it possible for me to have the content of one site automatically update on the other?

   lets say i add something new to wpinstall1.com - can that post automatically appear on wpinstall1.com/blog??

   Also, i'd like for the two sites to share the same header / footer / sidebar, is that possible as well?

   PLEASE HELP!

   Only if they share the same database - in which case all of the content will be identical. The only other option would be to pull the feed from Site B onto Site A using the RSS widget in Admin/Appearances/Widgets.
