    Hi there,

I am running a fundraising campaign through kickstarter.com for my upcoming recording project. The campaign happens on their site with their URL.

Is it possible to have that page open up within my site so that visitors are still on my domain and have access to my nav bar and menu?

    My site is: http://oneworkingmusician.com

    Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Jason

if your theme supports custom menu then you can create a page and use custom links.

Thanks, Alkafy! I used that info to create a page and it works, but not perfectly. A few questions, if you don't mind:

The page in question is at http://oneworkingmusician.com/nick-drake-project

    I have a couple questions:

    1. How would I remove all the stuff below my nav bar and above the frame, i.e. page name, comments link, Facebook button, etc?

    2. The width of the kickstarter page is bigger than the default width of my page. Can I adjust that for just this specific page so that the right side of the frame isn't cut off?

    3. Is there another way to do this?

    Thanks!
    Jason

    Govpatel -

I'm using Thesis, and on the Menus page it says:

"The current theme does not natively support menus, but you can use the “Custom Menu” widget to add any menus you create here to the theme’s sidebar."

Does that mean I can't go your route?

For both 1. and 2., you'll need to look in to creating a page template for this page specifically.

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages#Creating_Your_Own_Page_Templates

It'll take a bit of HTML and CSS knowledge on your part, but using a copy of page.php in your theme's folder as a starting point should help.

As for 3. - other options I'd consider are more advanced and might break Kickstarter's TOS.

Instead of embedding the project in your site, have you considered opening Kickstarter in a new window instead?

    Thanks Alkafy.

I might use the new window if I can't figure the frames. I'll go check out the page templates.

    Thanks for your help!
