Is it possible to get users by ids?

    For example instead of roles=administrator,editor could we pass user_id=1,300,204,2 ? I have several users all of the same role that I need to display on a “meet our staff” page. Currently I call the short code by roles and hide the users I don’t want to see. Now my client wants a specific order. Thoughts? Thanks.
