Is it possible to display the list of links to sub pages of the main page on a different sidebar, cause i am writing an ebook and each chapter will be a different page and if i say one book has 20 chapters and i have 5 books then one of my sidebar will become very length lol

You could call different sidebars based on the is_page() conditional.
