   Hello, can you please tell me if it's possible to change the color of the banner/headline at the top of this site? I'm using the silveray theme.

   I looked in the wordpress settings, and I don't see a way to do it easily, I assume I will have to modify some code, just not sure where that code may lie, or what change I need to make. Thanks!

   I'm thinking it's in the stylesheet.css somewhere, perhaps?

   It is an image, images/bg_header.gif, from your theme. You can change it to any color you want with a graphic program.
