Is it possible for WP phpBB Bridge NOT to create users on WordPress?

    Hi! Thank you very much for this excellent plugin, WP phpBB Bridge. It works great, but I have a wish that may sound weird 🙂 Is it possible to hack WP phpBB Bridge so that it does NOT create phpBB users in WordPress database? I just want to use the excellent widgets that come with this plugin (even “phpbb3 posts widget” would be enough), bu I do not want WordPress and phpbb databases to share users.
