I seem to have experienced a security issue lately, which I have resolved. However, I noticed some files in my "Edit Themes" menu, under the Templates column, with file names such as "771b821c974131c67e34c83d8d2db725.php". They are located in the Cache folder of my theme.
Can I delete this entire folder without harming my site?

Yup that looks really fishy. Make a backup of the theme, then delete the cache folder contents not the cache folder itself.
