    Hi, I"m doing this blog for a client, at http://www.runjeeta.com/dg and when you click on the permalink for the post, the page it takes you to is ignoring my css guidlines for how i want my margins. If you take a look and click the link its obvious. So please...How do I fix this? or is it ok to not have permalinks, because I dont think my client needs them since I am going to disable commenting once I find the right code to delete. The following is the php code for this:

    <?php get_header(); ?>

    <?php if (have_posts()) : ?>
    <?php while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>
    -<?php the_ID(); ?>

    <a href="<?php the_permalink() ?>" rel="bookmark" title="Permanent Link to <?php the_title(); ?>">
    <?php the_title(); ?></a>

    <?php the_time('F jS, Y') ?>
    <!-- by <?php the_author() ?> -->

    <?php the_content('Read the rest of this entry &raquo;'); ?>

    Posted in <?php the_category(', ') ?> |
    <?php edit_post_link('Edit', '', ' | '); ?>

    <?php endwhile; ?>

    <?php next_posts_link('&laquo; Previous Entries') ?>

    <?php previous_posts_link('Next Entries &raquo;') ?>

    <?php else : ?>
    <h2>Not Found</h2>
    <p>Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here.</p>
    <?php include (TEMPLATEPATH . "/searchform.php"); ?>
    <?php endif; ?>

    </div>
    <image class="cricket" alt="cricket" src="../images/cricket2.png"/>

    <?php get_footer(); ?>

    Well, if you do jobs for clients... first do your homework; for example learn about the specifics of the default template from which you are working. Learn about the difference between the template files that display the main page and a single post.
