I downloaded theme from one of the website and i need to upload it on my wordpress site knowledgechest.wordpress.com I use the online version and i haven't purchased anything, nor pro or any sort of upgrade. Can i still do it ?
And i don't get this option
Appearance >> Themes >> Upload
Is it necessary to buy upgrade to upload new theme downloaded (2 posts)
