Hi, I am wondering, as a freelance web/graphic designer, is it LEGAL to charge a client to install WordPress, and get their site up and running?

You should consult professional legal counsel for expert advice relative to your state, country, province, and personal circumstances, etc.

That being said, charging legitimate business clients for services provided seems to be a way of life for developers, designers, service providers, installers and hosting services. Charging someone to install and configure WordPress and other web based applications seems to be a pretty common practice.

Alright thank you, my neighbor actually invented the machine that wraps the coke cans in plastic, and he has a VERY good patient lawyer! I have a meeting with him set up in 2 days! Can’t wait to discuss everything us nerds LOVE. 🙂
