   I have not done it yet...I have done in Joomla many times
   In Joomla they say it will affect the performance
   But when I referred this post,

   It says it will increase the performance
   More over they asked to view

   http://mu.wordpress.org

   I am having a look in to it now
   But can some one tell me which is better
   Is it really good

   Choise :

   A)1 website 1 database
   B)multiple website 1 database
   C)Wordpress-mu

   In that thread, Otto suggested one database for multiple blogs. But if you are going to have many blogs you might look at WordPress MU.

   This might also be a question for your host.
