    Hi,

I want to know if I can install wordpress before I can register a domain and get space from a webhost. Actually I want to build the whole website first. After then I intend to get space and domain. Is this possible? Please help. And please guide me through the steps if it is possible.

    Thanks in advance !

It's possible to install WordPress on your local computer, but you'll need to set up a "server environment" on your computer in order for it to work. Here's some good information about WP and that kind of installation. But do be aware that if you start out with it on your local computer, you will then have to move it which can be a bit complicated.

Possible, but complicated. I would suggest you get hosting [moderated - please don't post "advertising" for hosting here; see http://wordpress.org/hosting/ for hosting information.]
