Hi all,
I am sorry to ask an unusual question like this, but is a community blogging site like http://www.askmen.com possible with WordPress.
I dont know what to except as an answer, may be Yes or a No, or even a yes with the plugins that can be helpful in my development.
If your answer is No, i would be thankful to you if you can suggest me any other Blog worth checking out of which are sure can make such a thing.
Thank you very much !

Stuff like this can cost about $ 3000-5000, sorry for that :D Could be possible with WordPress as "the base", but the enhancements are too many to just use a few plugins.

Thanks Benjamin, but ok, here is the thing.
It is actually true that they are using their own customized solution through CakePHP but I am actually not bad in PHP and I have already made a customized CMS for my own use and I know I can do it with some CMS with proper directioned customization.
I will be very thankful if someone can just give some CMS which I can dissect even if its other than my fav. WordPress.
Other site which you can see is this beautiful site http://www.bnet.com
THANK U so much !
faisy_master the sites you have looked at are as benjaminleist said going to cost - I would imagine more a lot more than 5000 considering amount of content and they probably have dedicated teams.
As far as creating something beautiful etc - well Joomla is pretty neat - complex though far more so than wp.

and comparatively less secure. On average, a joomla exploit comes out every other day.

Thanks hotkee !
But I must brazenly say here that Joomla is not as much in the league of efficiency as WordPress is ... at least according to me.
I have tried it and was quite not-much-satisfied with it ...
any other suggestion :$
I'd try drupal; but it has a high learning curve compared to wp.

Thanks xAma ... I went through Drupal, although it is not as elegant as WP yet it has the ability to extend in terms of functionalities ...
