   Is automatic pinging service save?
   If I have news blog and there are 50 or 100+ news posted daily by me and other contributters...
   It means blog have a have new post within 10 - 15 mins and if I am useng all of the following ping server to update then all the server get an updat almost about every 10 - 15 mins...
   Isn't so?
   Then how can it possible that those ping services banned my website for spamming...

   Isn't it good that wordpress have manul ping insted of auto, so that we can send request to these services after completing our work or at the end of the day....

   I think pinging every 10 - 15 minutes qualifies as spam under most update services.

   To disable automated pinging, go to Settings/Writing in your admin panel and remove everything from the "Update Services" field.

   If I disable completely then how can I send ping request to the pinging services that our blog is updated after 0ne or two hours...
   or at the end of the day...

   or what you suggest the better way because every one wants that his or her blog get popular...

   for this you need to have crawled you blog...

   So what is the better why to use thiese services...

   In your case, I recommend visiting Ping-o-Matic once a day and using their interface to manually send out the pings.
