is 'Automatic Domain Changer' multipress, MU compatible?

I maintain several multipress installs, using the WordPress MU Domain Mapping plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/ on some blogs. When someone adds a domain to their blog, it would be really handy to be able to change the subdirectory referrals to the primary URL!
Can your plugin do this?
