Is a caching plugin recommended with Wp-Ecommerce

    From my opinion any extra Plugin you add to your WordPress site would be an extra load. Even if its a caching plugin, the plugin itself its an extra load to the wordpress setup.

    If you need a caching system you are best to do it at a server level and not on the WordPress side.

    Just my point of view.
