Is 2.0.40 Working If Upgrading From 1.9.13?

    Hi,

    I upgraded back in the fall but it only made all my galleries on posts disappear with only the shortcode showing. I tried many things to fix this but wound up having to just revert back to 1.9.13 as my site has a lot of posts (over 5K)with NextGen Gallery images and having to go back and change them all just wasn’t worth it.

    I’m curious to see if I upgrade now have these issues been resolved or do you still have to go back and change codes from the older galleries?

    @gooma2 – If you are using standard NextGEN Legacy style shortcode for your gallery displays, all of those have been translated into the current NextGEN Gallery.

    Was there a specific shortcode you are expecting or did have an issue with?

    Hi,

    It was just the legacy shortcode from way back when and after upgrading in the fall, the images no longer showed and only the shortcode did. It was suggested to go back and convert all my galleries over but having over 5K with the, it just wasn’t feasible and so I reverted back to 1.9.13.

    Great that it’s all been converted now so I’ll try again.

    @gooma2 – We may have missed some combinations, and a couple of parameters in the beginning but to the best of my knowledge we have covered all of the commonly used versions of the NextGEN Legacy shortcode structures.

    IF you find one that we missed, or that is not working as expected, we would greatly appreciate knowing about it.

    I’ve been using following shortcode:

    [singlepic id=5005 w=150 h=100 float=left]

    After the update to 2.0.40 I’m not seeing images.
