Irish letters in order details emails not showing correctly

    Anyone has a solution for emails not showing correctly language specific letters?

    For example in our shop clients have an option to add an engraving to products and they can specify what is says.

    If they use Irish, we get an email with for example:

    Go n-éirì an bóthar leat!

    instead of what they actually typed in:

    Go n-éirí an bóthar leat!

    Was searching for similar issues everywhere to try to find a solution but no luck so far.
