IPN error from PayPal?? Help

    I have been reeving a error from PayPal any one no how to resolve this? I fear my site has been cracked?? Ho is saline13.com??
    Error below in (( ))

    payments going through OK just reeving the error from PayPal

    Running the latest of everything WP e-Commerce Version 3.8.13.1
    WordPress 3.8

    This is not related to WP e-Commerce at all. I think you have a URL set for IPN in your Paypal account.
    Try looking for that.
