iPad app signing in problem and error on visiting page for first time

my site is tvjobsuk.wordpress.com and when i sign in to my app it doesnt work. I think its because i did the google authenticator thing because its happened since I did that.

Also when people are viisiting my site it comes up with an error message saying that it may be harmfulp to visit my site how do i get rid?
