I run wordpress on my apache server and I moved it to another location, so now I can't log into wp becuase its ip address is set to something else. How do I change the ip address setting in wordpress (under options in admin mode) directly??

Through the database using something like phpMyAdmin.

I have phpMyAdmin setup but I'm super rusty witht he commands, I don't know how to get at the ip field....
