iOS WordPress Jetpack login

    Using the WordPress app on my iPad, have JetPack up and running on my self-hosted WP site, all connected to WordPress.com etc. via web browser.

    Trying to use the stats option on the iPad, it requires a connection to WordPress.com too, so I’m using the same login username and password as I used to connect to JetPack plugin to wordpress.com, but it tells me I’m using an Invalid username or password.
    I have tried disconnection JetPack from WordPress.com and reconnecting and that works on the site. And I can login directly to WordPress.com with those credentials.

    But still can’t get the Stats option in iPad to login.

    your thoughts please.

    Ignore that – very strange – tried switching views etc in the app and went back to stats, entered details again and it all works !
