iOS Banner Not Appearing after First display

I have both the latest versions of WordPress and this plugin installed. Both app banners are displaying on their respective devices, but i have observed that on iOS devices the banners never display on a device again after they are closed.

My settings are set to “0 (always show)”. It works normally on android devices but never comes back on iOS devices. Please help.

Sorry I am just seeing this now. Did you ever get this working? I looked at your site and I didnt see the plugin installed.

The issue still remains and it didn’t seem like i was getting any feedback so i uninstalled it. I have re-installed it now, you can run our tests once again.

I just checked your site on iOS and Android device and the banner loads up perfectly. I see that you do have the settings so that once you click view the user doesnt see the banner for 2 days, and if they click close they dont see the banner for 1 day.

The issue still persists on iOS devices. it displays perfectly on first time visit but never returns again.
