   how do i invite other authors to my blog? i couldnt find the side for list of the blog members

   In your WordPress Administration panel ( yourblog.com/wp-admin/ ) select Users => then "Add New User" and set the permission for them to either Author or Contributer.

   Authors are allowed to post content without your approval of the post, while Contributers have to submit their post for approval before it's published.
