This kinda weird, I don't know if this because of plugins, theme, or got hacked.
Problems are:
1. On every post i have hidden image as you see on the code below.

2. On the front page (home) i got 10 posts and when i click the title it will open pop up and heading to serw.clicksor.com
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
