   So I am looking to build a web form, or have something where myself or my admin can enter inventory and serials and assign to a user, and then unassign from a user. Are there existing options for this, or will I need one built?

   I don't think there's a plugin that does exactly what you've described, but you could probably you this: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-invoice-ultimate/. You can enter the inventory/serial numbers and assign to a specific user, and then later un-assign it.

   I know its not ideal but I hope that helps!
