Invalidate (wp-super-)cache if there's a new tweet

    The plugin has no concept of “new” tweets. When its own cache is missed, tweets are pulled from Twitter, but there is no way to say they are new. They are either cached or not cached, or the cache is expired.

    If you want a hook that only fires only when pulling tweets from Twitter, then latest_tweets_render_text is the best candidate
