   Help! I can't log in to edit my blog. I've typed the username I started with and the password but it says "Invalid User Name". I've tried every permutation of any username I've ever used to no success, even tried it with caps lock on. I've had to re-register just to ask this question and haven't received any response for a new password to be sent to the orignally registered email address. Is there a WP file on my server that would have the login and password info? Or, can I somehow change the username?

   Okay, I didn't get a reply but did a search for Invalid Username and came up with a suggestion that admin is the default username. I tried that with my password and got to my dashboard. This is relatively new blog so it is possible, though unlikely, that I never made a more personal username.

   Okay, duh! I mustn't have added my normal username as administrator. Problem solved.
