    Hi,

I get the error message when I place an order. I have been in contact with my host to obtain my dedicated IP address on my secure cart and added it into my approved IP addresses in Sage Pay. I have contacted Sage Pay and they have not found a solution yet. I am running TEST mode.

    Can you provide any support?

    Thanks
    Steven

    Hi
If you run in 'simulator' mode without setting any IP Addresses it should return with the same error but showing you what the your actual IP Address is. Check that against what you have placed in the approved IP Addresses on Test Sagepay.

    Hi Swicks,

I got this error but does that matter?

INVALID - Simulator cannot find your vendor name in its database. The simulator saw the Vendor Name 'christianmacleo'

Actually, I can't see an IP address in the error message - where would I get that?

You can test a purchase at:
    http://christianmacleod.com/dev/shop/

And I can give you log in details privately if required.

    Thanks
    Steven

Have you got a valid 'simulator' account setup? Normally you would have that before a 'test' account. Can you log into the simulator page with your vendor name?

Thanks. I activated the Direct and got the IP address back. This has now been added and everything works.

This was maybe an error from my host as they gave me my 'dedicated IP address' but it was the 'Server IP address' that they should have given me.
