I have a form on one site and I need the same form on another so I exported the form the I exported the CSV. I imported the XML on the new site and then I tried to import the CSV. It always shows up invalid headers. I then looked at the other topic posts and tried editing the headers but I can’t seem to find the problem. The headers are on the top line separated by a comma and have double quotes around them.

The labels that come up when I choose the form to import are in the wrong order, i.e. the email comes up in textarea and the last name comes up in email. No sure how to change that

I found out my problem. When I copied the form XML and then imported it on my new site the labels for each form item was showing up incorrectly for some unknown reason to me. I then created a new form with all the same fields and then did my upload and things worked out alright. I was also exported the whole table at the start instead of just the fields that I wanted

OK, good. So you got it all figured out? If you have any other issues, I’ll be available for the rest of the day (3pm now, Pacific Time).
