   I have an approved plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/serpd-vote-button/

   Here is the subversion page: http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/serpd-vote-button/

   For some reason when you install the plugin through WP admin it is adding another folder which is causing and installation error about header not being valid.

   I don't see where it is getting the extra folder for. It's not in the subversion trunk... so why is it adding it???
