Finally I couldn’t solve the problem so I decide to downgrade: http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/how-to-rollback-a-version/ I follow this instructions and goes well.

I am waiting to the author of the plugin to make the fixes to do the upgrade to 2.x again.

Anyone know the solution? I thnink I have the same problem!

The solution now is what I mentioned, make a downgrade, I tested again and found the same problem so I won’t do it till developer ensure us the problem has gone in 2.x.

@carazo – Seeing that type of issue on a site generally points to a shortcode problem. It usually happens when the shortcode is not correctly written for example a “smart” quote will get in there … or it can also happen when another plugin interferes with the shortcode output.

As @flavio noted, there appears to be a conflict with the “Stella” plugin in his case, it could be a plugin conflict in yours as well.

@photocrati – The shortcode is the same that it was in NextGen 1.9 and that is being used in NextGen 1.9.

Which other plugin can interferes? I can send you a list of plugins that is being used if you want… thery are all popular plugins.

@carazo – There are cases where a few plugin parameters were missed in the transition from NextGEN Legacy to the current 2.0.x branch of the plugin.

It may be best to submit a Bug Report on this issue as we have also seen, in most cases, that plugin conflicts are tending to be unique situations.

Here is our Bug Report page: http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/

    Thanks!
