Invalid argument supplied for foreach() – error breaking theme

    I was adding multiple widgetized sidebars/footers, and all of a sudden I started getting this error:

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/g/i/b/gibsona1/html/reviewcenter/wp-content/themes/ElegantBlue/config.inc.php on line 3

    When I reverted the sidebar and functions.php files back to their normal unwidgetized selves, I still keep getting this error. What do I need to do?! I’m really desperate for quick help if you have any suggestions at all.
