InTouch Plugin Submit Button Not Working

…but the submit button is not working…when I press it…no message or e-mail is sent….I don’t not anything about PHP mail output…I have been using suscribe2 with no problems…I deactivated that, but intouch still does not work…any suggestions appreciated on how I can fix this?
